Baby Sister’s Song, Inc.
Supporting Families Through Every Milestone
Baby Sister’s Song, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families of children with Esophageal Atresia with or without Tracheoesophageal Fistula (EA/TEF) and other complex congenital and rare birth differences. Our work is rooted in lived experience and shaped by a deep understanding of the realities families face when caring for medically complex children.
We exist to ensure families are informed, supported, and empowered—not only during moments of crisis, but throughout the many milestones that define a child’s journey.
OUR MISSION
Baby Sister’s Song, Inc. exists to support families of children with Esophageal Atresia with or without Tracheoesophageal Fistula (EA/TEF) and other complex congenital and rare birth differences through education, compassion, and family-centered care—ensuring families are informed, supported, and empowered through every milestone of their child’s medical journey.
OUR VISION
We envision a world where families of children with complex congenital and rare birth differences feel seen, prepared, and supported—where no family navigates feeding challenges, airway concerns, developmental complexities, care coordination, or grief alone, and where hospitals and families work together with clarity, understanding, and compassion.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
At Baby Sister’s Song, we believe:
- Families are essential partners in care
- Medical complexity is not one-dimensional
- Education should be clear, accessible, and respectful
- Support must extend beyond the hospital walls
- Grief exists in many forms, and deserves acknowledgment
- Every child’s life has value, meaning, and dignity
HOW WE SERVE
Our programs are designed to meet families where they are, and reflect the shared realities of caring for medically complex children. We support families through:
- Family Education & Empowerment
- Family Support & Care Navigation
- Grief, Healing & Remembrance
- Hospital & Care Team Partnership
- Musical Milestones™, our signature framework for milestone-based support
Rather than focusing on a single diagnosis, our work centers on the experiences that unite families—feeding challenges, airway concerns, developmental needs, long-term care coordination, and the emotional journey that accompanies them.
